For those of you that may have missed a previous thread, our own lovable KIWI ;) is a bit of a cynic when it comes to AimPoint Golf. AimPoint Golf are touring Aus from Jan 14-28 and I thought we’ll put Kiwi to the test.

The “Kiwi challenge” is as follows

Kiwi will get a free spot in one of the clinics of his choice.

BUT

1) you must go in with an open mind to the process- its not something that can be properly explained here online so disregard what you have read here previously.

You need to give it a real go and see what its about and how it may help players.

2) You will report back here after about your experience and you can give us your honest assessment.

If you think its crap then fine if you think it has merit then great. You just need to be open, honest and balanced in your comments. That is only fair.;)

Let me know if you are up for the challenge and Ill reserve a spot in one of the clinics near you.

It may be the thing that drops your handicap just that little bit more!

from his height vantage point, you need to be able to see the hole to aim a putt…..

I did it last year with Madam and was skeptical. In the beginning of the session I questioned everything I was hearing but as the session went on they proved over and again they were correct. I got over myself and decided to have an open mind.

I must say that after one year I don’t use it in its entirety. However, I have changed the way I view the slope of the green and can read a green much faster with much less doubt. The science has been fun to teach to my students. Interestingly, it makes total sense to new golfers.

This thread was fairly good, at least the OP stayed on topic.

Kiwi wont take up the offer. He is god with the putter.

Spends an eon on the green.
I can only imagine him after an Aimpoint course.
Pacing it out, licking the grass, lying down for 5 minutes on a slope until the blood moves to one side of his head.
