Hi all,

Here is a great little post to get people thinking, post a pic taken at ur fav course or on your latest golfing holiday.

Here is a pic taken of one of the fantastic holes at Denarau golf course in FIJI, dont remember much of the day as the drinks cart would not stay away from me…......but the photos say it was a fantastic day!

Also took this little beauty of my mate in action on the day…........pays to have a nice SLR camera for shots like this!

Nice pic Mick – I remember that hole very well, great view over the beach. Unfortunately we only saw the cart once all day :)

I’m glad you asked… here are some shots from my golfing holiday in Scotland 2005….

First up, Turnberry at twilight…

Well a sneaky $50FJ tip to the cart driver on the first hole secured us a free flowing supply all day. Unfortunately the standard of golf towards the 16th and 17th holes with 10 to 12 beers under the belt was not so crash hot. Still managed to sneek away with a drunken 82 which included 2 bouble bogeys and a bogey on the last three holes….not too bad

This photo is from Ko’olau Golf Course in Hawaii…it is the 16th hole

This is hole 3:

Ko’olau is without a doubt the most picturesque course I have ever played on, stunning views on every hole…

Unfortuantley I forgot the camera for my round at Torrey Pines…BUGGER, that is a course with some great views

A bad day at golf is better than a good day at work.

One of my favourite places in the World…

Never been one to photograph the world around me, but heres a couple of pearlers (IMO) that I took of a mate.

The first is a favourite of mine because of the way it turned out, and the second is just funny in my sick twisted opinion. I think he needs a longer shirt. :)

That,s really not pretty to look at.

A bad day on the golf course is better than no golf at all. :(

No one who ever had a lesson would have a swing like mine

Thanks for the feedback guys. Yes they are mine… wish I could claim to be a professional, but I just got lucky with a perfect evening at one of the most picturesque courses in the UK.

I submitted the photos to a golf site in the UK (Top 100) and they liked them too… so they sent me around as their staff photographer to a bunch of other courses in Scotland while I was there. Some of my shots have even been published in a book. Best month of my life. Last week I was there I played 6 courses including two of the Gleneagles courses on the same day… and it was always sunny. I ended up sunburnt (yes, in Scotland!) with weary legs and a huge grin on my mug.

OK, here’s another course: Elie GC in south Fife dating from 1859, nestled between a township and the Firth of Forth. The first hole features a blind drive over a hill… so the club got hold of a submarine periscope so the starter can give the green light to the next group. Note the blue skies… I was a lucky Muntz.

this is a couple of a group I took at the Qld PGA Champs late last year….

3 bad shots and 1 good shot is still a 4....
Golf is played in a very small area, the 6 inches between your ears...

One swing to hit the ball,
one swing to find a score,
One swing you bring to all,
And on the fairway find them.

Here you go

Love it. Now all is left to post the pics you took from outside her window once you followed her home :-)

That’s a good one, worthy of enlargement.

Muntz yours are good to, you’ve got a good eye for it.

Crail, another course on the SE coast of Fife. Got caught in a massive hail storm halfway through the round, then the sun came out again for the rest of the day.
