Ball Off Green

Had an incident on the w’end, where my ball was on the green and another in the group was off. I had not marked my ball, as I did not think there was a need in this case. Player B chips on, hits my ball and knocks it closer to the hole. Correct me if I am wrong, there is no penalty to either player! My ball must be placed back as close as possible to where it originally was?

No penalty to anyone, and you just replace your ball.
The other player plays his ball as it lies.
