Bulls Eye Putter.

Anyone know any brands that have a bulls eye style putter, that isn't as expensive as the Scotty Cameron or Titleist models?

Thanks heaps.

I know I have an old wilson putter that's a bullseye type with the flange...
shouldn't be too hard to find if you look around the smaller golf shops around town...

The standard Titleist Bullseye putters are pretty cheap.
Saw some recently for about $80 new.The actual Cameron
version is very pricey.
Top-Flite made a few decent copies.Mate of mine won't use
anything else.

Actually try Ebay.
Saw a real nice DINT Bullseye new on there the other day.
No bids with the min $50.
DINT are a good Aussie brand played for years by Parry.
I've got a DINT 8802 copy in my collection which is nice 8)

I have had a search around Ebay, although it's really hard to find a new condition model.

As far as Dint putters go, my brother owned a Dint putter, and it's appearance quality deteriorated quicker than any other club I have seen before.

Cleveland have some dunno how much the cost though.
Other wise just get the Titleist copper one, fairly cheap

The bronze models are mean't to...just like the Pings.
Bit of Brasso, clean cloth and it's like new

I was hoping more for the flat double-sided model.

if that's the case, your best bet would be either a original titleist/aschunet putter, or hunt the shops (esp those who do secondhand gear) and look for a cheapie..

u should be able to find brands like spalding, wilson etcetc...

They don't make them new anymore?

house of golf newcastle had the original titleist ones brand new for $25 still in plastic about 12mths ago,not sure if they have any left. might be worth giving them a ring. they had a variety of flanges and the double sided one your after, but i havent been in there for ages.

Heads-up.The king of Bullseyes just landed on Ebay Aust.
And no,I'm not the seller...buyer maybe...hmmmm 8)

Dean

,

Thanks for sharing, although, I really don't like Ebay unless I can "Buy Now", as I always know I will be outbid (or it pushes the price up too high).

Also, are they new or not? He gives no mention of this.

Kind regards,

Ben (Ducky).

hey ben, don't bid until the very end of the auction. Wack in what your highest bid amount would be with like 30 seconds to go 8)

Found ya a newbie
No "buy it now",might have to live on the edge and bid tongue.gif

Well the auction ended for the first four (4) "Bulls Eye" putters. I managed to win one with a bid of $140. Thanks!

Yeah, I hope it's not too dinged up...

Well I received my putter today. It's a bit dinged up (looks like the last owner was trying to putt rocks) and I would have expected a bit more for $140 (not sure how much a new 2001 model would go for). I am interested to see the condition of the other two putters (same model) that were also auctioned off. Overall, it's a nice putter but it's just a shame about the condition.

Ducky, maybe you should have bought this one instead...
