i’m hoping to find out about the XL tour…..the one that sits like 3 deg open. use a 905R and shot is a draw and can play a fade if i try. misses are generally left….... anybody played one?

I had a XL Tour and had trouble getting enough height, even though I’m a natural high ball hitter. Its a good club if your misses are left, as most of my shots with this club was straight or a fade. Just needed a different driver so I can tee off over trees. Extremely low spin driver.

Got one, stiff shaft, mid high kick point and have been using it for the last 6 or so rounds. 3 in 10 drives its brilliant long and a nice little draw, 4 in 10 its acceptable, 3 in 10 its a horrid duck hook. But the best 3 in 10 make up for it! I’ve let a few mates hit it over the last few rounds – its longer than anything else they have had in their bags, and generally straighter for them too. And yep, they are loud…

They look ugly and sound weird, but most guys say they hit em straighter than most drivers, so i guess thats all that really counts.

Great club. One of the straightest drivers I’ve hit and sounds pretty good too. Very easy to hit.

The sotck red shaft is probably one of the best stock shafts going around. I’ve got a 9.5 stiff and I hit high bombs with it.
