Most clubfitters will carry some top of the line gear like, Wishon, kzg, snake eyes, Mably, Nakashima, Alpha, lynx, Muira etc, these are some of the best clubheads on the market, you will find the people who own/design these heads also design for OEMs as well, These heads are not knock offs these are the best on the market. You will be fit for your lenght, lie loft, swing type/speed, gen any brand of shaft grip etc, and fit by someone who knows about golf clubs and design, to get the best for your game.Yes i’m a clubfitter, but if you don’t get fit by a “great” clubfitter you will not score to the best you can.I truly believe this, other wise I wouldn’t of open a shop ( I work full time as well).I don’t do it for the money, very few people who work in the golf industry do. I like alot of the OEMs designs, but the simple fact is one size does not fit all.

Try to track down a fitter who is also skilled in swing mecahnics & understands how differnet swings affect the clubs & vice versa. The two go hand in hand.

2nd that one as well. But it does not mean they have to be a swing coach, and play off the stick. They need to be able under stand, the golf swing and how it works ,flat upright path, etc how the golfer loads the shaft, angle of attack the list goes on to help get the most out of your clubs and to lower your score.

Would be good if ISG had a clubfitters directory.

You posted acouple of weeks ago that it was the inside of your garage, done up to look like a shop. If your not actually a business/company, then it probably isn’t advertising if you just do it as a hobby for free from home, Nigel ? Jon…

You posted acouple of weeks ago that it was the inside of your garage, done up to look like a shop. If your not actually a business/company, then it probably isn’t advertising if you just do it as a hobby for free from home, Nigel ? Jon… It’s not inside my garage I don’t know where this is coming from.It is a reg business and I have a ABN, Its a purpose built work shop only. If you came around you would laugh there is no way you could get a car in my instrument and testing area. Its no hobby, It might not be my full time job but it is my passion I live it and breath it 24/7.I’m a serious as a hart attack when it comes to fitting.Yes I do somethings for free, Like if golfers just want to come over and shoot the shit, its cool, I’ll talk about clubfitting or golf all day. I’ll check there clubs for free, just to make sure there o.k. for them, talk about what might need to be done to them, Give them the info to go back to the shop where they bought them from to be fixed up.It’s no problem. But I do have to carry the Liability insurance which is around the $700 a year because people are coming around, So I do sell clubs and repairs to cover cost and tools etc. If you new what I did for a full time job, the money I could make for working a sat is around the $1000 mark.I don’t do clubfitting for the money I do it for the enjoyment, It’s bang on when you fit someone to the right club.If you think its great hitting a great shot, wait to someone does it with a club you built.
