Eidolon Wedges?

Anyone own or have tried them? Appreciate your feedback….

Good call las …. I’d like to know too as there does seem to be some fans of them on here ?!?

They look like quality gear, but the two things that strike me about them are:

Their ‘revolutionary’ variable bounce sole is not much more than a leading edge grind, and not suited to every player.

The mill-marks on the face are in the opposite direction to every other milled-face wedge I’ve seen. Not sure if this effects the playability at all, just something I noticed.

Edit – Jeez – I just wanted dot-points…

Very good wedges. Not as soft as some but still nice feel. They spin like crazy due to the cnc milled face. If you use any ball that has a soft or even moderately soft cover then be prepared to have them chewed after a few shots. They are a little on the heavy side (to what I am used to) but you get used to it and imo actually is better for control. The variable bounce is just a grind, but it does work. Whether it is revolutionary or not is another question. For the price (I paid), they are very good value. cheers

have had one for couple of months

have had one for couple of months cannot get any consistency to much bounce 14 at front 33 rear not easy to hit plenty of spin but abit clunky
