Got one of these clubs in a 1 iron believe it or not….....think I wanted a 1 iron because Sandy Lyle won the US Masters with it in ‘89, havent hit for that long cant remember how it went, I would say the clubs would be around 1990 vintage.

Can’t go wrong for $20. From memory, they are a little older than 10 years old but at that price are a good buy for a begginer. Mick

Took em out for a hit today and very happy with them. I notice the new grips compared to the shiny and worn grips on my $50 eBay set.

Just FYI – You can clean shiny grips with soap water / window cleaner / sand paper – in order of severity of clean Soapy Water works pretty well Window Cleaner works like a champ – really gets rid of the dirt, sweat, dust, sunscreen, tears and blood Sandpaper – use a fine grit (320 is good) and go easy at first. Will take a thin layer of rubber of and make them like new.
