Warranty on Taylormade gear

I recently bought a taylormade ultralight stand bag off ebay. Not a bad bag for $70 i must admit (it was brand new off a shop on ebay). Well the strap on the bag broke after 1 week, yes 1 week! It has ripped the stitching on the strap clean out of the bag and now the bag has no strap…very handy. Does anyone know how i will go for warranty off Taylor made or will it be up to the seller? As you can imagine im not real impressed…. Any help would be appreciated…. Chris

HEY Chris i have a R7 stand bag and it has done the same thing twice now the first time i had to send the whole bag down to melbourne they didnt ask for a receipt but they wanted to see how good the condition of the bag was. they fixed it under warranty 8 months later it went again this time they must have had other complaints as well because they just sent me new straps in the mail and so far so good. I give them credit they did the right thing by me what more could you ask for. Greg
