I really like the feel of this putter had a few putts with one the other day, anyone else using one currently or used one that has some feedback to offer?

I'm using the 3-ball version and absolutely love the thing!

They sit very square compared to a lot of the old 2-ball models and they are beautifully weighted, which is not that common for a mallet/MOI type putter.

I would definitely recommend them.

Would it be fair to say the 3 ball srt is an improvement on the 2ball srt?

I wouldn't necessarily say it is an improvement, I just prefer the 3-ball. The 3-ball version certainly does not lose any of the feel or balance of the 2-ball, so it is really whatever suits your eye the best.

I actually started using it as a practice aid at the recommendation of my coach when I was working on a specific issue with my stroke. I never planned on using it full time. It didn't take long before it really started to feel great, and progressed into the bag - and it isn't going anywhere!

i've got one myself but unfortunatally it was a cheap wuality fake so sorry but i cant help you.

My putters half made of plastic and got the white parts hand painted, so just a tip. dont try get a good deal on eBay from an overseas eBayer because its most probally fake, dont trust a ebayer called birdielord2 because hes a stupid f**king chinese con artist mad.gif he charges $110 for postage and when i checked on the postage website it only cost him $45 so hes an absolute fraud and he doesnt reply to my emails now that i know its a fake.

So when buying something on Ebay make sure you ask for a refund policy and a serial number on the putter so you can verify with the Manufacturer to make sure its geniune.

But i've used the proper putter in the golf shops and its the best ive ever hit, my fake one is made of cement i think coz its about 200kg lol.

well i hope this helps at all and if not just tell me 2 shut up

It's still there, don't worry!

I don't like the 3 ball, but that is a personal preference thing... I have used the 2 ball on a course a few times when trying to find a new putter and was very happy with it, but then I found my B60 G5i before I parted with the cash for the odyssey smile.gif

damn funny. lol, had a good laugh.

but anyway, i’ve tried out the 2 ball SRT putter but i much prefer the 3 ball SRT putter. I really like the look and feel of the putter.

I have the ‘old’ model 2-ball…. the one without the metal insert. Tried them both in Drummonds and went for the regular model.

The top spin it creates is great, and really gets the ball rolling very quickly. No idea if the one with the metal insert is better at this.

My old putter seemed to make the ball skid the 1st few feet, while the 2 is far better.

The old 2 ball feels so soft at impact. The insert/sound everything just gives you confidence – and its perfectly weighted. I’ve just switched back after a long run with the Rossa Fontana (which was also very well weighted).
