Ladies Golf Balls

Hi, Do most women golfer's use lady golf balls? Are they THAT different to mens balls?
|
|
Yep - mainly in compression. This simply means that they spin a LOT more. So they are good for low swing speeds to get them up in the air and stay there longer. Most stronger players just baloon these all day.

Not all ladies use lady balls... None of the chicks on any golf tour use a lady ball.
|
|
i reckon a good portion of men would benefit from using a ladies ball... none of the professional ladies use ladies balls because their swing speed is too great for the ladies balls, but most men don't compress the ball enough to justify using Tour balls like ProV1, HX Tour and such

Yes, but you forgot to add that the average LPGA Tour player would beat the average woman club member by at least 30 shots per round and hit it 100m or more past them off the tee. For any woman not crunching it over 220m every time and with a double digit handicap (which just about sums up over 90% of women club golfers) there is no benefit to be had in buying high compression balls.

Ask these gals all about ladies balls

Is that the CGC dining room?

No, it's the Southern mens locker room.

So the same should be said for half the population of men that inhabit the golf course on any given day????

I'd agree with most club pros and say yes. Though also, the average male member has a far lower percentage of distance difference from a pro than the average female member.

Balls can act like another one of those mind improvement
aids;

I love the yellow crystal vision balls.
I don't know if it is all in my mind, but I have been hitting
the ball alot better, so I am going to stick with them!!!!...or
until they stop working!!!!

I've got a lucky Cally HX Pearl in my bag that refuses to be lost - very nice feeling ball, and cool cover too. Col

No wonder you can only hit your 3-iron 80 metres.
