EDIT: Not sure how to edit the topic title, so please ignore this thread, I've bought a club. Thanks.

Hi guys smile.gif

New to the forum (obviously), but have been reading a while smile.gif After much review reading etc etc, I'm looking to buy a Ping G2 driver, 10 degrees, regular flex. Just wondering if anyone knew where I can get one (aside from Ebay) wink.gif There are a few for sale on ebay, but only one with the specs I require, and that one is second hand (plus I suspect there might be a bit of shill bidding going on, but that's another story). I've tried emailing a few of the sellers, and only one (koby golf) said he might be able to get one, but not for another 3 weeks or so). So, if anyone knows of a reputable place (happy to buy from overseas if necessary), I'd love to hear about it smile.gif Obviously with the G5's coming out the G2's are getting tricky to get hold of.

Thanks heaps, and keep up the good work with the forum smile.gif

Simon

Thanks Leigh, I've actually just bought a Cleveland Hibore about 10 minutes ago smile.gif I'll amend this thread title. Thanks anyway though, you won't have any trouble selling it on ebay.

I didn't actually have a choice of shaft, so it's the stock Fuji, but apparently that adds a little loft so it's probably a good choice for me. The loft is 11.5, and it cost $241 all up from Rockbottomgolf (I had to get it from their ebay shop in the end as they put their price up by $20 on their site, so I don't get the free dozen golf balls) sad.gif Happy with the price though, especially considering Drummond wanted $329 for a second hand one biggrin.gif

heres what i do...buy from ebay..if its no good sell it at your course or in your local rag for about the smae what you paid or just a little less...theres two types in golf...those who like to save and those who wont touch ebay with a ten foot pole...

I have ven bought clubs used them for 3 months sold them and made money on them...thats the great thing about ebay.
