Ping G5s

Im a relatively new golfer (less than 1 year playing). I have a new set of Ping G5's (Lie: 3Up, Shaft: Steel 2 Inches+). In the last few months ive started to take golf seriously. Shooting between 85-95. I bought these clubs when i was a complete newb. My quesiton is, how long will I be able to use the G5s if I keep improving, because i know their suppose to be aimed at the not so good players. If i can make single figures will they still be worth using, or will i have to trade in for a less forgving club? (Thats if i become a better player lol). Can low handicappers use the G5s and still reach full potential playing ability? At the time of purchasing my clubs I thought i would only be a social golfer, but now i really wanna become a good player, just hope i havent wasted 3k on newbie clubs. Also anyone else that has opionions about the G5 Irons or Driver please feel free to comment.

I know two Tour Pro's who used the G2's so I don't see any reason why you couldn't use the G5's until you turn Pro and beyond. In fact, the more forgiving the club, the more benefit they give to the good ballstriker.
