Clubs 1.5inch longer than standard?

Got a mate whos pretty tall and needs sticks 1.5 inchs longer than standard..any ideas where would be good place either on the net or secondhand to pick up some clubs (Brisbane). We had a quick look in golf shop but they all want extra to order in longer sticks or they say they can't. Budget around 500. Cheers
