Noticed a few guys (including myself) hunting for these balls. Just picked up 2 boxes at Powergolf in sydney for $80 and they ahd at least 100 more boxes there. Shelf price is $45 but asked if he could go cheaper and got them at $40 each, good price for a great ball.

Which store ?
Powergolf St Leonards
Power Golf in Alexandria had them marked at $40 per box last time I was there.

Likewise - seen them there, and they've had them there for quite a long time at that price. Elsewhere seem to be $45-50. Good balls but i find trees/cart paths chop them up quicker than others.

That's what I thought, seemed strange all these people saying they can't seem to find any/many of them.
So whats the go with these balls i hear they are good, any reports.

I find they spin quite well and are very durable and are a very
good price, and best of all, they don't get lost or go in the
water near as often as the other balls on the market

Why is that????

anyone know if the B330 / B330S spose to be the replacement for the UTRITOUR??? how bout the E5/E6 - replacement of the UTRISPIN/UTRIDIST??? the marketing blurb for the E6 is that it's spose to be a 3piece surlyn pill, and the e5 -2piece...

I have been using one for some time now, I prefer them from Pro
V's due to the increased feel with my irons and putting, the
spin rate is very good but not out of control. I recently tried
the premium Top Flight balls but found them to scuff quickly and
not spin as much.
I just seem to play and score much better with them than the other softer/spinning balls I've used...
Callway HX Tour - I scuff it too much and after 3 holes looks
like a shag bag ball and doesn't putt as well feels too soft
and spongy off the putter for me

Well i bought a dozen last night from Rebel sport for $49.95. It was the last box, i am looking forward to using them. Gee i hope Rebel get some more in.

I have been told by the staff at my club proshop that the E5/E6 are indeed the replacement for utri spin and ext dist.
from what I have heard the tour is going to be around for a bit...I hope so, nice ball to use.
down and out…did ya get that? |
Utri tour is great, but I reckon the newer balls are longer off
the tee. Sorry Top Shot
Nice avatar. I sware your hacking my pc to get those pics

Precept U-tri tour are a good ball, used them all last year. Were cheap too at US ~$30 a dozen too. Haven't played this year yet coz it's still too effen cold here at the moment so I dunno what I'm gonna use but those Bridgestones are the go according to the local pro.
All are three piece balls. E5 is a compromise ball - mid cost, high spin, very high flight profile. E6 is a lower spin distance ball. B330 is high spin with an lower than normal "hot" flight profile. B330S is high spin with a low compression core.

I was going to buy these as I have heard they are quite good, but I am going to try the HX Blue atm.

Rebel Sport seem to have plenty of the U Tri Tours available from their web site at 49.95 plus p & h

I used the U Tri Tour for the first time on Saturday. I didnt have the best round but that is not the balls fault. As for the ball, well i hit 14/14 fairways. The last few weeks i have been using Pro V's and spraying the ball everywhere. I hit the ball the straightest i ever have and the distance was good. This ball is great for a mid handicapper. The reduced spin compared to a Pro V was very beneficial to me and it still had good stopping power on approach shots. The best ball i have ever used i will not use another from now on.

I sincerely doubt the ball is responsible!
I believe it is partly responsible. The ProV is a high spin ball
and if you slice it a bit that ball will normally spray a bit
further.
