hi there, has anyone dealt with this website? seems a little cheap for a new R1

http://www.golfoutlet4au dot com/goods-1320-TaylorMade-R1-Driver.html

canberra golf centre pro shop has ping G20 drivers on closeout for $229, which is the same price these guys are currently selling their G20s for, so im hesitant to call this website a site that sells copies. But $279 for a new R1 is very sus.

i think the following from their website sums it up best

“Q:Are all the golf clubs real ones??”

“A:We COULD assure you that all products from our site come from OEM, you absolutely need to not worry about this point. The products are top quality, (i love this part) It is definitely a shining club, 100% graphite club”

so as you can see you are gauranteed a “shining club”

does that mean that the club comes bursting through the door saying Daddys home ala jack nicholson?? LOL

stay very very far away form this mob

You’re just jealous because the voices only talk to me

Welcome to iseek, Dave.

The website looks as though it was written by someone whose second language is English which leads me to think the website could be Asian, although that’s just a guess. Free shipping to Oz, the UK and USA….I think not. Does not use PayPal as an alternative for purchasing. Can’t find any reviews about this website as well. I’m with W77 and would steer clear.

A quick persual suggests that the site is a little “too good to be true”.

But I would note a lot (or most?) golf outlets now have a good variety of about-to-be-replaced clubs, i.e. current models, at good prices:
i20
R11
RBZ
and some other not-so-old models too
909
Razr
and other brands too.
Why shop overseas when you can touch/feel the stuff and know that it is fair dinkum product?

yeah thanks guys, didnt notice the FAQ section. Looks like my 4 year old daughter wrote that lol.

I think ill head to the local pro shop where i got my g20 irons on sale and hit all the drivers in my price range and see which one i hit the best and go with that.

cheers.
