Noticed pros often get clubs stamped with initials etc. is it a special tool or basically a punch like for serial numbers in steel?

basically a punch set . you can get them in letters and numbers. there was a demo on one of the tour vans on you tube. not sure if ping titlest etc.

For the same reason a lot of us tinker with our clubs – because we can! Oh, and you can buy the stamps at serious craft shops, and places like Tradetools, and at some Bunnings even.
