I got mine for $379 at Drummond, get to use it for the first time on the course today. Got the 8.5 with Trinity 65 X, I can’t bloody wait!

Was talking to a cally rep today and was told that Callaway Australia will be offering the udesign for orders. Black with black looks awesome! Had a hit of the Xtreme today for the first time. I’ve been using the Razr Fit with a whiteboard 73X. Hit the same loft and used the same shaft in the Xtreme. First thing I noticed was the smaller and lighter weight of the head. Bit of a different feel than the FIT – but in a good way. Hit maybe 10 shots with the Xtreme, and noticed myself saying “wooooaaahhh” after quite a few shots. It felt great off the face, and you really know when you middle it. This hit was indoors into a net without a launch monitor. It impressed me enough to look into it further. I plan on going to a demo day next week to have a hit outside.

I played in the wind today – strong headwind – and this driver is so low spin I drove better with into th wind than I did with it It’s a serious beast of thing The trininity is pretty stiff shaft – if you swing at 100 -110 mph or above the stiff will still be ok its anot a noodle like last years shaft I’m at 95-97 and its ok for me – I will tinker with a few other shafts too but at the moment I’m happy

Got it for $399 from GFO in Brisbane (I buy a bit of stuff from them). Yes I could have got it cheaper at Drummonds but im not worried. Got a 10.5 with Black Tie X. I’ve put my Whiteboard into it straight away and will sell the Black Tie.

nice Just some info – Phil Mickleson put this driver in the bag this week in Phoenix waste managment open hes using a 10.5 loft – Commentator Frank Nobilo was saying before he put the Razr Fit Xtreme he was generating 3200-3400 RPM’s using a 6 degree driver and hence spraying it all over the shop with his old driver Phil switched to the razr Xtreme and hes got the spun rate down to 2600 – his stats in the FIR was 8/14 but his misses were just in the first cut and he was hitting wedges in – hits it close = birdies I think hes using the Mitsubishi Rayon Fubuki shaft The only major different from last years razr fit is a lower spin rate – yyet for a 440CC head its just as forgiving and this was my concern going smaller

Ive been using the Razr FIT in a 10.5 and like it – it is a beast with the right shaft. I will take the Xtreme out tomorrow and see how it goes. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed, but will let you know. Have you had a few hits with yours? is it staying in the bag?

Bashed my 8.5 Xtreme today with a bunch of different shafts, Hit some great balls with all of them & I’m not certain but the winner at this stage is the Tiger shaft in a 7 stiff. I’ve got a bunch of other shafts to try yet & have a Matrix 7M3 stiff coming next week too. Was at the range using crappy range balls, can’t wait to get it on my home course & see how it goes. The Xtreme is definitely a lower launching & lower spinning head, not sure if that will lead to a massive performance gain over the original Fit but paired with the right shaft you should see an improvement.

910 is a beauty too mate, don’t make the mistake of getting a 913. Fits are crackers tho

yeah won’t get a 913, happy with the 910 so i better stay away from this extreme to save myself the $

I test drove the ‘extreme’ yesty, felt great. I was at Petes in canberra, i generally get a bit of slice or fade but it wasn’t happening dead straight again and again. I dont think it was the driver i reckon it must be the range balls or something, has this happened to anyone else hitting them dodgy looking srixon yellow range balls?

Staying…. I have ordered a Fujikara blur shaft also..I want to try a light weight option…The blur has a softer Tip than my accra shaft had Mid launch – low spin….51 grams. The trinity feels heavy yet its 65 grams ..Im just getting old! Its staying till razr fit Xtreme2 arrives …

There is a difference in the razr fit from the xtreme… Agree 910 and 913 are very similar..Not a bad thing by any means but not a leap ahead in performance.
