Just thought I’d throw this out there and get everyone’s feed back on the subject.
Do you have a favourite store you keep going back to or do you prefer your local pro shop?
Personally I go and see Mark at Maylands pro shop. Top guy and always willing to help. Brought most of my things through him and he’s looked after me price wise to…

I always always always buy everything from the club Pro-shop.
More than happy to always support him.

i always always buy everything off the net
More than happy to always support cheap arse golf

any one else heading home to get married??

A mixture – if I know what I want, like balls, I buy from whoever is cheapest. If there is advice involved around buying clubs then I try and ensure the person giving advice is rewarded.

Golf clearance outlet and Boyels Golf shed For clubs and balls I would support my pro shop but to be honest they dont stock a lot of brands. Not a Callaway club to be found witch dose me no good at all. For clothing i Buy shirts with the club logo only i am very much a club man in that sense. shorts and pants Callaway when possible so again pro shop no. Where ever i can get them.

What about clothes? Particularly lightweight, breathe able shirts.

No probs. Just ask for measurements like pit to pit

Shirts wise – under armour are the lightest IMO.

DONT Pay more than $15 from usa for postage.

I do support Golf clearance outlet in oz also and golf box for balls on special.

Thanks. On holidays in Brisbane ATM so I’m heading to GCO at the GABBA to take a look. Their web page has some cheap deals. Anywhere else in Brissi that I can get discounted golf shirts? Anyone?

Wife went to Harbourtown and found five fifths of fa yesterday so hoping to score some deals elsewhere.

I’m keen on the Under Armour gear, used to wear their undershirts when I was deployed in the Middle East and can vouch for their cooling ability. Found a good eBay site for them.

oz ebay has few on them but seller is listing them at 79 bucks OH please they dont even reatil for that!!

jim kid sportrs had them for 59 last week ..only available in WA – where jim kid sports are located

usa ebay the go

just use the ebay filter (cheaperst price/postage) will take 2 weeks to arrive though

I rarely find good deal on oz ebay – too many people bidding for the one or two items, whereas USA ebay so many listing – often shirts dont even get a bid!

puma shirts are also the biz too

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.h...;_sop=15&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313&_nkw=puma+golf+shirt&_sacat=0

nice material and designs in the puma range

under armour are very generous sizing, puma – go up one size

nike are about avergae depending on model of shirt – ask for measurements- adidas are generous too – get the clima fit 360 ones…nice shirts

in temrs of thinnest material but still lobg lasting under armour by far the best, only issue is though designs are pretty plain for most of them. Puma and Nike have some pretty funky designs

lindberg are nice too but hellishly $$$$

I am number six double three

You and I are good club men Bumpa. I do the same. Some times Tom Arnott gives us such good deals at Wantima Pro Shop (gratuitous plug) I am sure we are ripping him off, but he is always happy to help us out.
