the l4v has a max of 5900 for moi so it’s already maxed out…..

Horrible kicking a meatl rubbish bin sound though!!

It’s pretty average really – I bought my L4V X with the stock X flex shaft (the deal was too good to refuse) and it was horrible – put an Aldila NV Protopype S in there and it was better, but now I’ve got an Aldila DVS X in there and it’s bloody fantastic.

yup read great things about the Adila DVS shaft

Yeah, they’re about that much. I can’t remember what I paid, but it was around two hundred bucks. It’s worth it, though – it’s a great combination for me.

is the DVS stiffer than the stated flex ?

I’m not sure. I had mine put in at 46 inches, and combined with the slightly heavier-than-usual head of the L4V it plays a bit softer than X flex.

I’ve no idea about CPM etc – that wasn’t tested.
