Anyone tried the above – liked or disliked??

Anyone hit both the older model and the newer DC and is there much difference between them?

I have the 1 and 3+ on order from the US with the steel shaft but they are not expected here for another 2 or 3 weeks.

Unfortunately noone in WA stocks them so had to buy without trying. That said, I have only seen a few low lofted hybrids stocked by anyone anyway.

Last Tuesday my Nickent 3DX DC (20deg 3) graphite shaft arrived from the US, had to wait until Saturday’s 9 hole ambrose to give it a whirl due to afternoon monsoonal rain during the week.

Must say I love it, the ball flew so hot off the clubface and I hit it sweet.

Thanks Wgibbo. I have ended up grabbing a couple from Rockbottom just to check them out. A couple of months ago I bought a Titty 585H, but it was was just too dam stiff and was a cut machine hence it is in the classifieds and ebay at the moment.

Did it take long to get here from RBottom? I ordered some on Sunday and they are yet to ship them or process the paypal payment bu tthey say 2 days to process an int’l order?

This will be my last hybrid experiment, if these do not go well I will stick with the 3iron.

Well guys I took the 3/20 degree hybrid out today and hit it very very well indeed. After trying several hybrids and not being happy with them, I can recommend these.

Sorry for not replying sooner philsom68, got caught up playing golf and keeping the wife happy over Easter…also busy at work. I assume your order arrived from the USA fairly quick, sometimes takes a tad longer when ordering on a weekend.
