The 240 is actually from a 18 degree 3 iron. All the razr clubs have reduced lofts so are actually an iron down. 140m pw is not a mishit. If it makes you feel any better I regularly hit over the back of greens due to poor club selection.

You’ll probably hit more fairways if you sing at 80%. Not like you’re gonna lose a lot of distance. Just a idea and welcome to the forum :)

Yeah, I have been telling myself not to swing so hard, but get up on the tee and can’t help myself. Will try the singing tip though. The very least it will put my playing partners (dad,brother and friend) off their games

Update time. Driver : Adams Fast10 10.5deg Grafalloy reg flex
Buggy : Powakaddy Sports New stuff…well, the 2 CG16 wedges went into the bag today, and out went the Burner 5i and SW. All I have to do now is get the back well enough to hit them…. I think the last piece left is to get fitted for a driver…and then learn how to hit the damn thing properly.

change for me Ping 3 wood gone! 4 iron back in Our course has very uneven lies…you rarely get a flat lie and when I mean I rarely I would think maybe 20% of the time so the 3 wood isnt that good off eneven lies..ball below your feet being an exmaple…or downhill lie…. 17 hybrid is far more versatile and its just as long as my 3 wood – I have tried so many 3 woods and I hit em ok – bad shot s a cut – usally off sidehill lie prefer having the 4 iron in the bag

A certain airline lost my clubs when I flew home to get married in 2012, luckily got full compo! In the bag: Driver: Callaway Razr Hawk Tour 9.5 Next on the list is 2 more wedges, 52 and 60 degree but getting by with the PW and 56. Miss my Scotty Cam putter though :(

I have swapped my fairway woods 3, 5 & 7 wood to the the graphite shafts – Accuflex Icon FH. Also, swapped putter to my Robert Forgan ‘Giraffe neck putter’ circa 1920: Having a longer shaft i find it easier on my back – due to slight strain limiting movement.

change oif shaft for me this week out is the Aldila trinity form the new Extreme – smidgen stiff I think for me this stiff is true stiff and for me I need a shaft in between stiff and reg Put a fjuikara blur 004 stiff in it….plays firm as it’s a slightly softer tip in it than the Trinity all good

might be? I was going to order an old razr fit head and sell as driver played nine with the blur today and its an easy shaft to play for me. My body cant do what it did 5 years ago so the lighter shaft is a better option are you keen to take it?
