I'm looking at buying one of these and I wondered if anybody knew the brand and if they are any good. Here is one on ebay that I'm looking at. I rang the number on the bottom of the ad and the lady I spoke with told me I could go there and have a look at an assembled buggy & drive it around etc. They are selling them for $560 but told me they would discount for cash. Or I could buy one on ebay and pickup. Interested in your thoughts. Thanks

For $5.50 you can't go wrong!!!

It will probably end up ~$250 as a guess, which isn't too bad.

3 auctions ended tonight and they sold for $385, $410 & $475 (comes with a "golf computer") Is this still good value?

Ive seen powered buggies in retail golf shops for $1000+ but im not sure on the brands,i had a look on google and nothing came up regarding atomik caddys. 50/50. EDIT: found there site, they look like a good company, make there own parts and are based in melbourne so if any probs they wont be far away.

30 day warranty...bit dodgy with the warranty though
Only 30days, you would expect at least 12months.
Yeah, I didn't like 30 days either. You think the way they they go about quality on the site that they would stand behind it for at least 12 months.
andigold. Check out http://www.graysonline.com....=THUMB They give a 90day warranty, at least it's better than 30 days.
Must be some potential issues to only give 30 and 90 day warranties. I just bought a non electric buggy (Smoothy) and it has a 3 year warranty - admittedly not much to go wrong but I guess thats the question with electric buggies.

A friend has a similar looking one, probably all from same factory in China, it broke at the bottom where the base met the upright to the handle, required rewelding and reinforcing in that area for $160. This was ~6-7 months after purchase. Another friend has a similar one and hasn't had any problems in 18 months.

Hey Andi, did you end up getting a buggy?
Won an auction for it last Friday night, ($395) picked it up from the factory Sat morning and played with it (after assembly & charging the battery) on Sunday & again today.
Went like a ripper, so at the moment I'm happy, let's
hope it stays that way.

would any one know were to get parts for atmoik

Did a quick Google search, but no luck there, the top result was this forum piece. You might have to look @ something else, or look to ‘hybridize’ from another manufacturer.
