Why is the play off scheduled onto US time Monday, rather than follow the traditional 72th hole on the 4th day??? It’s so frustrating having to wait another day to finish the tournament!!!!

They will play for longer than 3 hours but the match will be all decided well before the 16th ( IMHO of course ). Tiger will take control – I cant see Rocco keeping pace unless Tiger’s knee causes problems.

Don’t know if they actually hit off at 2.30am, that’s telecast time start. Although there are only two of them, they will be taking just as much time if not more over each shot, I would suggest at 5am, you will still pick up the final 5-6 holes if not a few more.

But if someone posts a big number on one hole, they might wipe out a bunch of “wins” on other holes. It’s the total score, and until they both putt out on the 18th nothing is decided.

Tiger might be 5 shots up with only the 18th to play and his knee finally explodes – if he can’t complete the hole Mediate wins.

I’d say you’ll get some of it in. It’ll take them longer than 3 hours.

Reverse every natural instinct you have and do just the opposite of what you are inclined to do and you will probably come very close to having a perfect golf swing. – BEN HOGAN, POWER GOLF

The key to success is to learn to do something right, then do it right every time. Oh I wish…..

Woods knee only blows out when he hits a bad shot or he needs some attention…........

I think he probably has more chance than a lot of other tour golfers would have. He is used to being 50 metres behind his opponents and seems quite happy to play within his limitations. He is also well in his 40’s. Both these factors will help him negate the “intimidation factor” that so oftem helps Woods blow his partners away.

I’ll give you 2 names – Ó’Hern and O’Malley – what do they have in common.
1. Both surnames are Irish heritage
2. Both don’t hit it all that far, but are known for accuracy
3. Both have defeated Woods in matchplay situations

I say c’mon Rock O’Mediate!!!
