Will be interesting to see what Mirvac Fini do with Kennedy Bay. They won’t be interested in running a golf course only. Unless there is enough land around the golf course to develop and sell housing it is likely to end up as a housing estate.
I know that Satterleys want it to bulldoze and turn into a housing estate.

all 3 courses (SAB, BC & KB) have been shut by the receivers and are on the market.

I think the future of KB & BC as golf courses probably is not looking flash.

SAB might survive – there have been some serious offers for it. I suspect it would be more saleable if the 2nd course goes by the board and becomes a real estate development.

It’s Crown land, so Satterlys won’t be bulldozing it and making it into a housing estate.

KB’s administrator meeting with the creditors was posponed for 2 weeks. After that, it should hopefully be re-opening. Mirvac, who holds the rights to the lease will contract the running of the golf course out.

What leads you to think that the future of KB is not so flash?
