Following on from this thread, I have made my golf stats program available (FOR FREE!) to anyone who wants to keep their own stats as well.

You can check out the program features/screen shots and download your copy by visiting Lintz’s Golf Stats Program Page.

Enjoy!!!

Thanks mate, just waiting on the code now. Code received.

FYI….No problems loading onto Vista.

Patrick

I also had no probs installing on a Vista machine but thanks for the feedback!!

lintzman, how long should it take to get the code in my e-mail? Still waiting??

Got the e-mail, thanks Lintzman!!!

The email should come through in a few minutes after entering your details so be patient – as you were :)

Good looking program…...Can you tellme how to record the Sand saves. It doesn’t appear to be accepting anying tin the boxes.

To record the sand saves enter a Y (if you did sand save) or N (if you didn’t sand save)......will put a message on those boxes in the next update.

Thanks for the feedback.

Good program Lintz. Would be good if you could do part rounds and get the averages…or can you? Also the graphs would nt come up. Kept saying runtime error…

Let the Golf Season begin.........

No, 9 holes rounds can’t be recorded.

What OS are you running and can you take a screen shot of the error message and email it to me? (email can be found in program under ‘Help’—> ‘About’)

Also, which type of graph did you select when the error occurred (Round or Scoring)?

This is good. I like it very much but my wife who also plays wants to start recording her rounds on this as well. Is there any way it can have 2 users so both lots of stats can be recorded.

All the best …..

Molly

When I designed the program I didn’t have a need to for seperate ‘logins’ as my wife doesn’t play golf. :)

If I get more requests for this I’ll add it in but for now to allow your wife to enter her stats as well install the program again but this time install to a different folder than the default one. You may also need to change the shortcuts on the desktop as well…..eg. Molly’s Stats…..Molly’s Wifes Stats. :)

Cheers Mr Lintz works well with my own one in excel. You should have somewhere to put your handicap and it works out the difference of the gross and net ? and also so it works out the stableford points.
Also what about up and down stats?

Just my thoughts!

All seems to be working well now Lintz… Great stuff mate..

I had a handicap manager in a previous version but took it out when I found GolfLink. I could however add an option for the user to enter their GolfLink number and add a menu item called ‘Handicap’ that takes them to the GolfLink wesbite. Thoughts???

I personally use the ‘Comments’ field to make note of my stableford, par or stroke score for the round.

I’ll add up/down stats to my list of requested additions.

Good one.

Also can you combine your scoring average from different courses?I can’t seem to do it for 2 courses but can do it only per course?

All stats are per course as it doesn’t make sense to combine stats from a pitch’n’putt course and say the Dunes on a cold and windy day :)

hi lintz great easy to use program just the problem of getting the runtime error when try to graph scoring

Looks like a great app but I get a runtime error when I save a score

A bad day at golf is better than a good day at work.

Does the error occur with every score you enter or just 1 (with same details each time)?

Great program…I tried setting up something similar in excel that now has been shafted. No problems experienced on my behalf
