Have just recently purchased a new set of irons and would like to run them in on a driving range before hitting the course for the first time. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good driving range on the gold coast. I’d prefer to hit off grass rather than the plastic mats.

The range at Palm Meadows is one of the best on the coast – it’s on the way in to the course on the right hand side.

Looks like I’ll give Palm Meadows a go…closest and seems to have a good name. Any idea on price and whether I have to book or not?

If you’re in that area I would recommend Emerald Lakes – used to be a member there. Only grass, no mats and is pretty cheap. Additionally has one of the best short game practice areas i have ever seen or used.

Me too and ditto! Used to go to lakelands but were unfriendly and rude when they realised you weren’t there to play!
Flush it, chunk it, flush it, chip it, hole it 5 a half! |
