what’s the best time to go to the masters where you can go watch the guys on the range are they happy if you video their swings while they practice cheers
 

Range is off limits to the general public. Wait till they get on the course for the practice rounds and you should be able to video some swings. But don’t do it during the 4 rounds.
 

The range at Huntingdale is tiny and they cannot possibly hit anything more than a 4 iron – I recall that they warm up at Metropolitan next door. Is that right ?
