MGA is closing their retail golf store. I was there today all stock is at cost price. Taylor Made and Nike selling out quickly great bargins!
How long is the sale for ?
probably until till sell everything out. I went by today to see. Shoes 40% off and the hats and apparel were 50% off, but not much left. They still have a few clubs left, but not sure if they are on sale, cause they did not see any discount labels except the bags.

50% off MGA prices would be normal retail
any reason for the closure?
Probably cos they don’t sell much – difficult to sell when the mark up is 500% above its competitors. Besides, since Lloyd Williams sold the casino there aren’t too many celebrities that come and buy the shop out anymore.

Sale continues until all stock is gone! Prices are good, all hardware stock is at cost?
what’s left?
How long is going to sell
Still have a bit of Callaway, Srixon & Cleveland hardware left. Heaps of Srixon bags, putters and junior clubs. According to the MGA staff, it is worth while waiting until they off load all their Taylor Made, Nike and Callaway demo drivers. Demo stock will be sold of dirt cheap once all new hardware stock is sold! Sale will continue until all stock is gone.

Do you have a vested interest in the shop adamgolfer??
Sounds like it
Why would I be telling you to wait until all new stock is sold to take advantage of cheap clearance prices for the demos??? I wish I had a vested interest in MGA, then it would not cost me a fortune in balls when I go there to practise!

Went yesterday. Strange to see the shop so bare. Picked up a nice lamkin putter grip for $5 and some as new pro v’s for $1 each. Still a few things left.

most of the stock was going at WHOLESALE prices. i know a few who picked up SQ2 Sumo drivers, the square jobs, for $299 from a retail of like $599
