Allenby season thus far Cut Before that 30/c/30/c/56/79/c/c/c/c/c/69/c/c/c/c/c/7 That is some seriously bad play. Time for a new caddy and a long putter? Is he gone?

Im not a dig the boots in person… Allenby is an aussie who has said a few things he’d like back.. Havent we all said stuff we’d like back! He didnt kill anyone! Hate is wasted energy.

A lot of the top players are somewhere between stand offish to downright self centred and arrogant. Its a hazard of a profession that is a solo pursuit and one that requires more than a bit of self belief and focus. Guys like Norman and Roger Davis could also be extremely unpleasant. I know Robert has a reputation for being … ah lets say cranky. I don’t really mind that. He has been a solid supporter of the local tour for more or less all of his career. He has raised an absolute shitload of cash for the Challenge foundation, who supported amongst others a young Jarod Lyle when he was first afflicted with leukemia as a teenager. As Dave pointed out, he is Aussie guy, I like to see all the Aussies go okay.

imagine how bad at golf robbie would be without the karma bank he has built up over the years of charity. Whoops I forgot, he always gets the bad bounce and the plugged lie. He should give up the charity work and maybe his game will pick up. He could hand over the charity reigns to EP.

Mental rather than technical I’d suggest.He has a ton of talent.Even his biggest knockers would have to admit that. Didn’t ask her myself btw.

Mental I would suggest has created technical. Finish on money list for last 6 years – 112 (last year), 55, 17, 38, 11, 27 His putting is getting worse based on the stats and the problems have essentially been around for over 12 months. Time for him to anchor!

We all know of Robert’s weaknesses but surely we all know about form slumps both short term & long term. Give him a break, he may be back (??).

Apparently he made $808,000 last year, career $26 million on the PGA Tour but is yet to earn a cent on the PGA Tour this year. If you haven’t won for 2 years it comes to X places on the money list doesn’t it? Anyone know what the cutoff is?

Top 125 get their full tickets for the following year. This year is the first year of the change in season so I think it works out to be a short season this year. Don’t know if that will help or harm. There are a number of other exemptions available which I don’t know whether he has exhausted yet.

Doubt that they’re married, but the young lady who accompanied him on his most recent trip was quite noteworthy,to put it very mildly.
