I have played there a few times, and it isn’t that tough a track in its usual form, and I am rubbish.

It would have to be the final nail in the coffin for the women’s event. That event has really struggled for corporate interest in recent years.

“RACV is delighted to partner with the PGA of Australia to present this world-class event and we will work closely with the PGA to enhance this tournament including investing $5m over the next three years to make changes to the course that meet the PGA’s requirements.”

Attempting to play golf since 2001.

My son and I played there 4 weeks prior to women’s event and it really didn’t prove too much of a hassle for him. He plays off 5 and drove the 4th hole on the Gold course. The rough was about 4 inches long then. My apprentice played there two weeks ago and he plays off 3 and stated the rough was ridiculously long. I guess my point is if you stray you pay.
