Smergen’s Hot Tips and Sauce #2OK… I’ve kept quiet about this for long enough, but I’m very surprised there hasn’t been some more speculative bets on the Overall 2013 OOM Winner. To win the OOM you need consistency and an ability to play a variety of different courses. You’d also need to turn up to as many OOMs as possible to increase your chances of posting 3 good scores out of 5. So my tips for the day is to point out some odds which for even a speculative bet will bring huge dividends at the end of the season. Bully04 @ $30 : The dude plays out of Creswick, one of the hardest courses in Victoria if you ask me. Would be a fistful of shots better handicap if a member elsewhere. Lowest ISG’r score at Trentham Open. Smart player (overuse of 2i) will always be closer to the top than the bottom. And wears a very nice hat. Francie @ $31: ISG’s resident nomad golfer. Plays everywhere and anywhere. President of Faders Anonymous, a club I’d like to think I’m a future hall of famer of… But what he is is 100% rock solid. Not sure he’s ever posted less than 30pts. Koiom @ $33 : Plays out of Sandy, but is a very streaky golfer. On his game, he has few peers. Off his game… well, he’s a funny prick to walk the course with. I’d be surprised if he doesn’t post 3 very good scores for the OOMS. Tigerland @ $48 : Plays out of Goon, a tough track. Like his footy team goes very hot and cold, but is an OOM winner. Can get it done. At these odds, why wouldn’t you throw a lazy $20 or $30 at him??? Seriously guys, the odds will come in after this round as people take their place on the OOM ladder. Some might go out in odds, but I can assure you most will come in… C’mon…. you know you want to.

im flushing it now… 1/2 the match my first practice pennant match today, played well, the driver is slowly coming back, the iron play is just mint, If i have a good day on the greens tomorrow i will be ON…. real deal. my suggestion to peoples would be to come see just how good im hitting on the range before tee off. :O that will be the key for the day… footnote* – please ignore the hosles and necks early morning :)
