Social Media is a two edge sword. Ive had clubs bitch about getting a bad review in our course reviews section, but they never complain or even thank us when they get glowing marks from our readers that have played their clubs. I tell them Ill remove the bad review but that in fairness we also will remove all good reviews. That usually shuts them up! ;) You have to take the good with the bad with social media. Most people can see through the crap reviews and will make up their own minds from what they see or hear. Operators need to accept what they hear, not get overly defensive, and then engage with that reader to see how they can improve the situation. Liable, malice etc is an entirely different story and can be tough to define in many cases. An opinion is a different deal altogether.

Cool Zen. I’d suggest you take the high road at all times because there is a difference when you post, compared to regular members. 1. you represent ISG to a degree as a panellist and its unbecoming to engage in virtual fisticuffs 2. You represent yourself and zenolink and once again, its unbecoming. Simply put, every time you post here, you are adding or detracting from your brand. Considering ISG ranks quite highly on google search, those inclined to research you before engaging your services will inevitably find these posts and I can honestly say that it doesn’t aid your cause. Highly opinionated posts will always polarize readers so keep things simple and on topic, and you’ll find a lot more respect. You can justify and rationalize all you want regarding reasons why you said what, but the end result is the same, provides more fuel to detractors. I am only saying this in an attempt to help, as you have reached out in the past regarding my game. No real response is required however a little bit of humble pie at this point, and a reset to start on the journey to repairing some damage would be prudent.

Great call there fella, I agree 100%. For a teaching panelist and someone who is selling themselves and their business on here you need to look in the mirror. I dont think your posts fit with your position on here frankly…

Showed almost as much restraint as David Bransdon did when he broke his hand at the Australian PGA years ago.
