Morning lads
Just thought I would let you know that I am on holidays currently in bridport tasmania. Yesterday I booked an 11am tee time at lost farm.

I will post later and let you know how it is of you are interested?

Never argue with an idiot, they will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

That will be good. Have you played Barnbougle (the dunes) before ?

Runner up (with Mark Gibson), 3 legged race, North Ainslie Primary School athletics carnival, 1966.

No none of it. Only time for one course.

Back from the course. Great day great course had a round with one of the chefs from the barnbougle dunes.

I would play again although its similar to some of the vic peninsula courses. I think it has better par 3’s than I have played.

Anyway if you go to tas it’s not to be missed.

Cheers

aaarrrgghhh!
THAT was your summary…oh, please…try again…I have heard such fantastic words about this course – layout, routing, variety, quality and of course the clubhouse/bar/dining/pro shop et al.
Please share, please

It’s indescribable. You have to live it to know.

I played there a couple of years ago and the weather was “indescribable”. Standing 70kmh winds with gusts.
It blew so hard the buggy (big wheel type) that was laid down got blown over, and over, while on the fairways. Absolutely horrendous weather so the golf course became a bit forgotten in the battle of man .v. nature.
I’m going back later this year but I drool over the descriptions from other people.
Personally, I reckon Lost Farm is better than the Dunes…but that is just me.
