many of these recepionist do’nt know a tee from a golf ball that work @ golf clubs

Oz, how many municipal GC employ a receptionist as such. We re presuming the op referred to whoever picked up the phone as the receptionist , reality is, its generally the pro shop

Mate, not one of them is a public golf course, all private membership based clubs of course they will have soe office based administators. The op commented public courses..theres a diff

ha funny you say that, the guy at bundoora was one of the guys I was thinking about. He acts like you’ve kidnapped his kids or something. A few of the others seem like their about 5 mins from suicide. Cheer up pro shop people!

can only say positive things about my club and majority of clubs in the area. If you get shit service hit them where it hurts and don’t play there again

we also have a choice, we can let a 2 minute conversation with the pro shop guy affect our experience or we can just dismiss it and go back to being happy
