I could be wrong, but I checked the website and by the look of it, I can join for about $2500 (12 months ) as a Gold Membership….
Why would I bid on your listing? ( 8 months ) Your start bid is $3250 and your buy now price is $3500…
No photos, and you have no history! I don’t like your chances!

The $2,500 on the website would only be the joining fee. The reason I am asking more than that is that my price includes the entrance fee plus the annual fees (currently $2,195 p.a.) paid until June 2010.

I have played there a few times lately. I wouldn’t have said it was muddy but I played on a Saturday after we had 5mm of rain the day before and the course had quite a few more wet patches than I would have expected.

Members guest rates are $50 on Saturdays and I think $20 on other days.

$20 ? That’s good. I play there this Sunday if I can get for $20 ! I’ll call the club and enquire about leasing too.

Im thinking of going here next season as a Mid Week member.Do they still have any good deals for this membership type?I love the course,i know its windy,but the practice facilities thrown in appeal to me a lot all things considered.Or also thinking of Kooringal?

Give the club a call. The membership department are usually pretty happy to talk up specials.

Joined here this week as a Mid Week member.Very helpful people and good to see some people who actually give you the time of day when you have some questions.Start playing their Monday,check out course a few times,its been a while since i have played it,then start playing comp their.Really looking forward to it.
